Yes, no ice skates allowed inside the igloos so please have your shoes with you.

You can go back and forth from skating to your igloo as many times as you’d like.

Adding skates will be an additional $50 to your reservation.

Yes, first come first serve so get your reservations early!

You will be contact by a member of the Events team to confirm your reservation

• Monday-Friday from 5:00pm-7:00pm and 8:00pm-10:00pm
• Saturday & Sunday from 11:00am-1:00pm, 2:00pm-4:00pm, 5:00pm-7:00pm, and 8:00pm-10:00pm
• *Groups will be asked to begin packing up items 15 minutes prior to the end of their reservation to be promptly escorted across the ice by park staff

15 minutes before your reservation begins to be checked in, otherwise reservation will be forfeited

All members of your group must be here together to be brought to your igloo

Varies by package – Alcoholic package vs non-alcoholic package

• Package 1 – $275, includes hot cocoa, water, assorted cookies
• Package 2 – $490, includes wine, charcuterie board, hot cocoa, assorted cookies, water

• Please treat all items and games in the igloo with care and respect
• If any item in the igloo is missing or damaged beyond standard wear and tear following your reservation, group will be responsible
• Please leave the igloos as you find them when you arrive
• Please do not tamper with the support beams of the igloo
• All games and other items provided in each igloo are not for you to keep
• Do not jump on the couches
• No rough play inside the igloos
• Do not cross back over the ice until park staff has greeted your group to escort everyone out
• Jumping over the rink fence is strictly prohibited
• No personal food or beverages are allowed inside the igloos
• No ice skates allowed inside the igloos
